Boulder Compliance with the Kyoto Protocol

Sarah Van Pelt and Carolyn Brouillard, with the city’s Environmental Affairs Office, will make a joint presentation. Ms. Van Pelt is an Environmental Sustainability Coordinator and has been employed at the city since 1997. She has a BS in Natural Resources from the University of the South and an MS in Environmental Sciences from the University of Colorado. Ms. Brouillard is an Energy Sustainability Coordinator. She joined the city staff in 2003. She has a BS in Environmental Sciences from the University of Colorado.
