A Friendly Face

Hartman began his talk aknowledging that he felt not so much as he was giving a speech, but visiting with friends. Good natured ribbing of Boulder Tomorrow members was sprinkled throughout his talk, visibly happy to be in the presence of the crowd. He continued on to reminice of Boulder Tomorrow's inception and emphasized the vital role the organization played in the community as a check and balance entity.
